Guests
When joining the Department of Biomedical Sciences (BMI) as a guest you need to fill in a guest registration form. Guests are defined as anyone who needs access to BMI without getting a salary from the Department.
Please make sure that you have an agreement with a research group at BMI before filling in the form.

To get access to BMI, please fill in the Faculty's guest registration form. You need to make sure to select BMI as Host department.

Exit form
The BMI Exit form should be filled in by everyone who has agreed with their group leader that they can keep their access to BMI after their employment or guest stay at BMI ends. Continued access can be granted for up to 3 month.
