All conference attendees are invited to a welcome reception on the evening of Monday 18 August, and a conference dinner on 20 August 2025.
Deadline: 8 August 2025.
Invited Speakers will receive a link for registration by email.
All attendees are encouraged to submit abstracts for presentation at ECMC2025. Abstracts will be reviewed and scheduled for presentation either as a poster or short oral presentation.
Deadlines
The deadlines for abstract submission are 1 August for presenting a poster and 1 June if you would like to also be considered for a short oral presentation.
Abstract submission instructions
- Abstracts should be prepared in pdf format and submitted by e-mail to ecmc2025@ku.dk
- Abstracts should be written in English using Arial size 11 and contain a title, author list, list of affiliations, abstract text and contact e-mail for the lead author.
- The title of the abstract should be printed in CAPITAL LETTERS
- The author list should contain the first and last names of all authors with the name of the presenting author underlined and affiliations referenced by numbers in superscript (1,2,3 etc)
- The list of affiliations should contain all affiliations referenced in the author list
- The abstract text should not be longer than 250 words, including references (if any).
- The contact e-mail address for the lead author should be listed under the abstract text
