Special areas of interest are epidemiology, biomarkers and biologic/experimental treatment, tele-health, artificial intelligence, research methodology and ethics.
I am principal investigator or co-investigator on several national and international research studies receiving public and private funding. I collaborate with other research institutions in Denmark and abroad and I am engaged in several international research networks within skin diseases.
