Bachelor in psychology, master in cognitive science, PhD in development & neuroscience.

My research activity always revolved around the social world, and how we develop to understand it. My master thesis was about young infants’ expectation about relations of friendship or dominance. Then, for my PhD thesis, I gathered evidence from developmental, comparative, electro-encephalographic and behavioral studies, on how our visual system developed to perceive social interactions as unique event. My way to Copenhagen followed my intellectual curiosity, about what happens in our social mind past perceptual steps. With Dora Kampis, we will look into how social cognition, and the building of one’s self representation with regards to others, may ground or activate episodic memories.
