Linn Gillberg is a Postdoc in the research group Xlab at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. The research group is part of Center for Healthy Aging and the UNIK program.

Linn Gillberg is a translational researcher who studied epigenetic, transcriptional and mitochondrial changes in type 2 diabetes, leukemia and breast cancer patients. She is currently investigating how chemo- and radiation therapy affect metabolic health and risk of type 2 diabetes in women with breast cancer. Her research aim to elucidate how epigenetic mechanisms interact with the genome and lifestyle/medical exposures in the progression of complex age-related diseases.
