Associate professor Gertrud Hjortø has received BII Proof of Concept Grant

Eight promising projects with commercial potential receive the Proof of Concept Grant of up to DKK 1 million from the BioInnovation Institute. One of the grants has been awarded to Associate professor Gertrud Hjortø.

Gertrud Hjortø has received funding for the project “Use of chemotaxis-potentiating peptides for reactivating the immune system in cancer therapies”.

Each of the eight projects has been awarded between DKK 890.000 and DKK 950.000 to establish the proof of concept for their research. Read more about the eight early stage projects that have received funding.
