Lykke Sylow has just been admitted to the Danish Young Academy under the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters.

Lykke Sylow, who started as associate professor at BMI on 1 July, has just been admitted to the Danish Young Academy under the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters. The purpose of the Danish Young Academy is to support young researchers in their academic development and career.

Lykke Sylow researches how our skeletal muscles, which are an obviously important player in our function, but are also absolutely crucial for the regulation of our metabolism, are affected when we exercise, if we get cancer, diabetes, or as we age.
