New grants, April 2016

See which researchers at the Department of Biomedical Sciences who have received grants the last couple of months.

Associate Professor Signe Torekov has received DKK 5 million for an Excellence Project for Young Researchers within Endocrinology: ‘Synergistic effects of GLP-1 and exercise on immuno-metabolic health’ awarded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation.

Professor Andreas Kjær has received DKK 9,985,000 from the Lundbeck foundation for a project on ’HyperPET/MR: a new concept’.

Professor Jørn Wulff Helge has received DKK 153,930 from Team Danmark for a project on ’Maksimal fedtoxidantion’.

Assistant Professor Steen Larsen has received DKK 60,000 from Sophus Jacobsen’s and wife Astrid Jacobsen’s Foundation for a project on ’Stadier og træning’.

Associate Professor Bo Hjorth Bentzen has received a travel grant of DKK 25,000 from the Lundbeck foundation.
