Professor Jørn Wulff Helge has been appointed new Head of Graduate School

Professor Nils Billestrup from the Department of Biomedical Sciences has been Head of Graduate School for the past five years. As of 1 February, Jørn Wulff Helge will take over the role.

“I look forward to continuing the development of the Graduate School of Health and Medical Sciences, ensuring that future PhD students will also be able to obtain sought-after research competence” says Professor Jørn Wulff Helge about his new role as Head of the Graduate School.

Jørn Wulff Helge will continue his tenure as professor at the Department of Biomedical Sciences, where he conducts research on physical activity and inactivity with a particular focus on how it affects obesity, diabetes and other lifestyle diseases.
